Timeline Movie Maker will turn Your Facebook Timeline into a Film
As we reported earlier that Facebook has confirmed the availability of Timeline for it’s users worldwide. It’s just a matter of time to see how Timeline gets activated for all of the Facebook users. However, many of us already enjoying the Facebook’s new layout which is pretty cool. With the release of Timeline, Facebook has partnered with a Marketing agency known as Definition6 to make timeline even more interactive. Definition 6 has developed an app which will collect information from your Timeline and will make a 55 seconds movie automatically. This application is being called as Timeline Movie Maker.
A Facebook official recently told PCWorld that, “We think there will be lots of companies that come up with fun, innovative ways for people to extend the Timeline experience,” It seems like some company are really taking this partnership with Facebook very seriously. There should be no doubt that we will see lot more features like this app will be added with Facebook as third party app to make it more interactive.
Of course, some users are not quite happy about it as they need to share their Personal information with this App to make the movie. Regardless all the privacy issues, if you still want to give it a shot, this is what you have to do.
First of all, go to the site and Click on “Make Your Movie” button. At this point the app will ask for your permission to access your information from Facebook. You must hit “Allow” to proceed. Once the application gets your initial data, it will collect information from your Timeline and will start making the movie. Once the movie is done, a new window will appear which will look like the picture given below.
From this windows, you can make some changes like adding music track or adding images. If you are done with editing part just simply click on “Remake Your Movie” button. This is it.
Even though there is a sharing option but unfortunately, there is no way of adding this video directly on your Facebook. So, basically you are just sharing the link of this video on your Facebook Timeline. If you like the entire concept, give it a shot. After all it’s not that bad idea either.
